Burnout Quiz Points Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period.

The Burnout Quiz Points Giveaway (“Burnout Quiz Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 10, 2026 (the “Burnout Quiz Promotion Period”), or when all available points have been awarded, whichever occurs first. The Sponsor of this Promotion is Southwest Airlines Co., 2702 Love Field Drive, Dallas, Texas 75235 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility.

Burnout Quiz Promotion is open only to individuals who are enrolled members of the Rapid Rewards® program (“Members”) at the time of entry. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States/D.C. and at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

3. How to Enter.

During the Burnout Quiz Promotion Period, eligible Members may enter by completing the burnout quiz available at https://airplanemode.southwest.com.

ENTRY LIMIT: Limit one (1) submission and one (1) award per person and per Rapid Rewards account during the Burnout Quiz Promotion Period. A person may not participate using more than one Rapid Rewards account, and multiple persons may not participate through the same account.

4. Points Awarded; Caps and Limits.

PER-MEMBER POINT CAP: Each eligible Member who completes the Burnout Quiz will receive 500 Rapid Rewards points, subject to verification and availability.

• Total Points Available: 37,000,000 Rapid Rewards points. This is the capped, maximum total number of points that will be awarded across all participants combined. All points awarded are subject to the Rapid Rewards program terms and conditions. Points awarded through the Promotion do not count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass® qualification.
• Points Exhaustion: Once all 37,000,000 Rapid Rewards points have been awarded, the Promotion will end, and all references to earning Rapid Rewards points for completing the quiz will be removed from the website. Members who complete the quiz after all points have been exhausted will not receive any Rapid Rewards points. Any delay in updating or removing promotional messaging after exhaustion of an award tier or the total point pool does not increase the number of available awards or create a right to receive points.

5. Points Fulfillment.

Points generally will be deposited within seven (7) days after Sponsor completes verification of the eligible submission. Verification may require additional time if Sponsor identifies a technical issue, duplicate submission, account discrepancy, suspected fraud, or other eligibility concern. Display of a submission confirmation does not constitute verification or guarantee an award.

6. Verification; Fraud Prevention; Enforcement.

All quiz completions and point awards are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor may use manual review, automated technology, account information, device or network identifiers, response patterns, timestamps, and other information reasonably available to Sponsor to identify duplicate, automated, coordinated, or otherwise ineligible activity.

A quiz completion is void and the Member may be disqualified if Sponsor determines or reasonably suspects that the Member or any person acting on the Member’s behalf has: (a) completed or attempted to complete the quiz more than once; (b) used multiple Rapid Rewards accounts, identities, email addresses, devices, or other means to circumvent the one-award limit; (c) used bots, scripts, automated services, artificial traffic, or other automated methods; (d) submitted fabricated, meaningless, mechanically generated, or otherwise non-genuine responses; (e) provided false, incomplete, or misleading information; (f) interfered with the quiz, verification, or award process; or (g) otherwise attempted to abuse, manipulate, or undermine the Promotion.

Sponsor may reject or hold a quiz completion while conducting a review, request additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, and disqualify any Member who fails to provide requested verification. Sponsor may also withhold, reverse, cancel, or deduct points awarded in connection with an ineligible or noncompliant completion, subject to applicable law and the Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations.

7. Additional Legal Terms.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, inaccessible, or undelivered submissions, quiz responses, screenshots, emails, communications, or other materials; (b) interrupted, unavailable, or failed network, server, internet service provider, website, application, platform, mobile device, wireless carrier, computer, hardware, software, or telecommunications transmissions; (c) technical malfunctions, system errors, service interruptions, processing failures, data loss, human error, or other disruptions affecting participation in the Promotion; or (d) any other error or failure that may affect the administration, operation, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a participant, the submission, quiz completion, Rapid Rewards account information, timing of participation, point allocation, tier assignment, verification status, or any other Promotion-related matter, Sponsor’s records, systems, databases, logs, and determinations shall control and be final, binding, and conclusive absent manifest error.

By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or attempted use of any points awarded, except where prohibited by applicable law. In no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Promotion, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, except where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and the Burnout Quiz Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each participant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to interpret these Terms and Conditions, investigate any suspected violation, determine eligibility, disqualify any participant, withhold, deny, reverse, or cancel any points, seek recovery of improperly awarded points, and take any other action Sponsor deems necessary to preserve the administration, security, fairness, integrity, and proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or to exercise any right or remedy available to Sponsor shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision, right, or remedy. Any waiver by Sponsor must be expressly set forth in a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of Sponsor. No waiver shall operate as a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach, default, or violation.

8. Important Restriction — This Promotion Is Separate.

Burnout Quiz Promotion (Burnout Quiz Points Giveaway) and Notification Vacation Promotion (Notification Vacation Points Giveaway) are separate and independently administered promotions, each with its own eligibility, entry method, point allocation, and terms. Participation in or receipt of points from one promotion does not guarantee or affect eligibility for or receipt of points from the other. The 37,000,000 Rapid Rewards points available under Burnout Quiz Promotion are available exclusively through Burnout Quiz Promotion and are not interchangeable with, or drawn from the same pool as, the points available under Notification Vacation Promotion. Eligible Members may participate in both promotions subject to each promotion’s respective terms.
